Gomo Gomo Game Lodge

Below rates are inclusive of accommodation, morning and afternoon / evening game drives, bushwalks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea and coffee and VAT. Not included is the once off conservation levy of R100.00 pp, vehicle entrance fees of R120.00 and beverages/bar. (Conservation and vehicle entry fees can change without prior notice) / Children are welcome: 2 years and younger – Free of charge. 3 to 12 years pay half rate / 13yrs and older pays full adult rate. Children all ages join game drives, but they have to be 12 years and older to join the bush walk.  We do have a shorter bush walk for kids 12 yrs and younger around camp

Cancellation
A 10% cancellation fee will be levied on a cancellation 4 weeks and more prior to arrival. A 25% cancellation fee will be levied on confirmed bookings cancelled 2 to 4 weeks before arrival. A 50% cancellation fee on the total booking will be levied on bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival. Full payment on confirmed bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival or not arriving without prior arrangement.

Please note a 10% Admin charge will be levied on credit card and bank transfer refunds due to cancellations.

Please note the above prices quoted are per person one way (nett) and excludes the R100pp once off conservation levy payable at the Lodge by the guest. It includes the R120.00 vehicle fee. Prices are not fixed and can change without prior notice.

Travel/Airport

There are daily scheduled flights on SA Express Airways from Johannesburg to Eastgate Airport, Hoedspruit (±40min drive from the lodge)

Road transfers to and from the airport are available and can be arranged on request.
Avis and Europcar have depots at Eastgate Airport.
By road, Gomo Gomo is an approximate 6 to 7 hours' drive from Johannesburg.

Clothing, accessories and Health
Dress code is bushveld casual and lightweight. During winter months (May to August) warm clothes are necessary for early morning and at night. A hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellant, flashlight and binoculars are recommended.
Prophylactic precaution against malaria is necessary.

Arrival & Departure Times
It is recommended that guests check in at the lodge between 12h00 and 14h00 as lunch is served at 14h30.

Payments
50% deposit is required for final confirmation and the balance can be paid seven days before arrival. We accept Diners Club, Master, Amex and Visa credit cards, Travellers' cheques or cash in SA Rand, US Dollar, Pounds Sterling and Euro. Bank deposits are welcome.
A proforma invoice will be faxed to you on confirmation of your reservation and an original invoice together with a statement will be posted to you.
